North Anna Battlefield

Take 95 north —exit Doswell, on to route 1 north-continue couple miles to Verdon Road- turn left, if using route 1, pass Doswell and watch for Verdon Road. Stay on Verdon Road, the park is on the right. Bring water, wear good shoes and hiking stick. There is a port a John at the parking lot. This is about a 4.5 mile hike, there are a couple good places to have lunch in Ashland.
