CANCELED
Dec 11 (Tues) Christmas lights walk (C-4)
Hank Harman's annual Christmas hike this year led by Lisa Bagby (350-3005 or bpddesign@aol.com). We will navigate through the Fan District and beyond for about a 3.50 mile round trip of city lights. Our route begins at the parking lot of First Baptist Church parking lot bordered by Robinson, Monument and Park Avenue. We will walk east on Monument Avenue to Stuart Circle. We will cross over to Grove Avenue and walk west to the Boulevard. The plan includes walking east on Hanover, spanning Meadow to Park Avenue until we get to Robinson St. where our cars will be parked.
Once outdoor Christmas decorations are up, the route will be reviewed and adjusted to capture the better ones. Regardless, we should see LOTS of great Christmas lights! Meet at the parking lot of First Baptist Church bordered by Robinson, Monument and Park Avenue at 6:50 p.m.
