March 9, 2022 (Wednesday) Bryan Park – Northside Richmond

Join Anne-Marie McCartan (757-345-1395, amccartan213@gmail.com) and Bill Tennant (804-282-0590, willyten10@aol.com) in exploring historic Bryan Park. On this 4-mile walk, you will see ponds, hiking trails, a disc golf course, soccer fields, and much more. We will also take a short walk across Hermitage Road to see Henrico County’s Spring Hill Historic Site. Some of the paths made be muddy, so dress accordingly.
The entrance to the park is located near the I-95 interchange in the 4300 block of Hermitage Road in Richmond’s Northside. Meet by 9:50 in the left upper parking lot where the road ends.

The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.
The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.
Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
