Newport New Park Campground is a great Winter Camping spot with heated bathrooms, showers, and electric service at campsites. You can reserve a campsite at 757-888-3333 or just pick a site on arrival with lots of sites available this time of year. (2 tents or one RV-1 tent per site) We will plan on having a nightly campfire.
Hike opportunities include Newport News Park, Grandview Beach, Noland Trail, and the Cumberland Marsh WMA, .Alternative or Bad Weather options could be the Mariners Museum and Torggler Art Center at Christopher Newport University.
