ODATC Section Hike – Part 1. This first part of hiking the ODATC section is a little tougher and longer than part 2, but is still doable for most. This is a 12-miler with about 1,800 feet of elevation gain, beginning at Reid’s Gap and ending at the Humpback Rocks parking lot. In between will take rest stops at Cedar Cliffs and Battery Cliffs, which both offer nice views. This hike requires a fairly quick shuttle. Please contact Randy (randy.wendell@verizon.net) for more details.
